CHANGING THE MINDSET MODELS
Changing the Mindset™ behavior and cognitive-based model benefits individuals seeking to change perceptions and encourage behavior modification. The problem-solving approach utilizes the theories of operant conditioning, cognitive psychology and growth mindset as insight to guide and encourage perceptual and behavioral change. Changing the Mindset™ approach to problem solving allows an individual to apply the theories of reasoning, decision-making, and judgment to evaluate a situation and analyze factors for a successful outcome. There are four model implementation guides and two publications.
Empowerment
Changing the Mindset™ Empowerment guide provide users with a tool on how to move from stagnation to empowerment. This is a participant lead guide and focuses on family and individual domains. This guide includes 11 lessons to help facilitate the growth process.

This guide help user identifies triggers, risk factors and solutions for understanding emotions, attitudes and behaviors. This guide includes 11 lessons to help facilitate the growth process.

Health and Wellness
Changing the Mindset™ Health and Wellness guide focuses on the following 3 key components: Strengthening the Mind; Building the Body; and Changing the Behavior. There are two phases that participants experience which enhances an individual to make an association between a particular behavior and a consequence as it relates to healthy lifestyle decisions. Phase 1: Preparing the Mind and Phase 2: Preparing the Psyche. There are 12 lessons that will be learned alongside the meal and workout plan.
